Conditions of Use

All orders placed with A&A Autokits X LLC constitute the acknowledgement and acceptance of all conditions listed on www.autokitsx.com Price List and all conditions listed below. By purchasing the item(s), you agree fully to all the terms and conditions on this page.

All customers must pre-pay for all products. This is because each product is special ordered. We will accept money orders, personal checks, cashier's checks, and credit cards. All personal/company checks must wait two weeks for clearance. Orders will be filled as soon as funds clear our bank. All parts/will call orders left more than two business weeks becomes A&A Autokits X LLC property and no refund will be honored for product(s).Parts Sold As-is. All painted orders will be shipped at your own risk. All orders are made to order, please allow 1-2 business weeks for shipment after cleared payment. In some instances orders may be back ordered/out of stock in this case allow for 6-10 business weeks for arrival. Wheel Orders & Special Orders may take up to 4-8 months due to availability from manufacturer & product coming from oversea supplier. A tax rate of 6% will be added to the sales order amount for residents who reside in Florida. All Cancelled orders within the 24 hour period will be charged a 30% cancellation fee. After 24 hours there will be no refund issued, and the package will be shipped as normal.

CAR AND ENGINE MODIFICATIONS CAN RESULT IN INJURY AND MAYBE DEATH. Any modifications done to your car, or any circumstances consequential, are AT YOUR OWN RISK. Contact your car's manufacturer to determine whether or not your modifications affect your safety, vehicle warranty, performance, and anything else related to your automobile. Autokits X LLC  holds no liability in any damages (DIRECT, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, ACTUAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPT OR OTHERWISE) occurring to you, your vehicle, or any other persons or property.

Contact your local authorities to find out what modifications are allowed and which are illegal on public highway. Most parts have been are intended for off-road use only. Federal and many State laws prohibit the removal, modification, or rendering inoperable of any device using or element of design affecting vehicle emission or safety in a vehicle used on a public highways. If such laws are violated, Buyers are subject to fines and/or penalties issued by the state or local government where the violation occurs. All headlights and clear lighting products are for off-road use only unless otherwise specified by local regulations.

Autokits X is committed to respecting the privacy rights of all visitors to our website. We also recognize that our visitors need protection of any personally identifying information they choose to share with us. This privacy policy is intended to provide you with the information on how we collect, use and store the information that you provide, so that you can make appropriate choices for sharing information with us.

We do not require that visitors reveal any personally identifying information in order to access our website. However, visitors who do not wish to, or are not allowed by law to share personally identifying information, may not be able to access certain areas or participate in certain activities (like making a purchase or entering a promotion) which require registration.

Although information may be required to purchase products from our website, visitors provide information on a voluntary basis only. Generally, we may ask to collect personal information about you to provide the following services:

Collection of personal information for these services may include the collection of your name, address, telephone number, email address, and/or credit card number. Autokits X LLC will NOT, in any way, shape, or form, disclose your information outside of the activities you participate here within.

Shipping Damages

Some products may be damaged during transit. Inspect all packages immediately in the presence of the delivery person. Do not sign delivery receipt until all packages have been inspected. In the event that damage has occurred, do not sign for the package. If a package is refused it must have considerable damage for a exchange to be issued. 'Considerable damage' will be determined by Autokits X LLC. Refusing a non-damaged item will result in no possibility to exchange the item. Call Autokits X LLC within 48 hours to file a claim request. Failure to comply with this policy may result in a denial for damage claim. If the box is opened, and the item is installed on the vehicle, we will not take the item back. Customer must pay shipping charges for a non-damaged item, and must be returned in the original box with all the original hardware. Failure to comply, will not be granted the opportunity to exchange the item.

Installation of Aerodynamics

All aerodynamics are manufactured with 100% fiberglass or poly. Due to the material used in production, the body kits will NOT be a direct bolt-on.Keep in mind these parts are hand-crafted and it is nearly impossible to consistently have a 100% perfect laminate. Air bubbles and pinholes are minor imperfections common with composite parts. Bondo and putty are often used to fill in these imperfections, while a coat of primer gives an added even fill throughout the surface. We do our best to spot these imperfections before they leave the facility. These minor imperfections can be easily taken care of through the proper prep and paint process as well. These body kits may require prepping, sanding, shaving, filling gaps, or other extensive body work. These modifications may include removal or cutting of the reinforcement bars. By complying with our policies, customer understands the procedure and possible difficulty in installing the body kit. We HIGHLY recommend that a professional body shop with fiberglass & Poly Urethane body kit experience perform the installation. Exchange will not be available due to poor fitment of the body kit. If fitment is off by extreme margins, an exchange of the same product will be considered. Please make sure to contact Autokits X LLC before purchasing any products not made by Autokits X LLC. Autokits X LLC does not warranty any product not made by another company. All prices, materials, design, color, contents included with a product, and product specifications are subject to change without notice. Some product images may be shown with optional items that are sold separately.

WARRANTY

All items are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship at the time of the shipment to you. Warranty/Return claims must be made within 48 hours of receipt date. Failure to do so will result in a waiver of customer's right to return/exchange the merchandise. It is the responsibility of the customer to verify the correctness of size and application of all parts before installation. All parts are carefully inspected before being shipped. Parts returned for warranty will be exchanged at our option. Parts returned due to defect will be exchanged at our option. Autokits X LLC  will not back warranty request due to shipping damage, improper handling, installation, abuse, neglect, accidents or competition use. No labor or inconvenience may be included in any warranty claims. Warranty claims apply to the parts only and do not cover labor, installation, paint, or other incidental charges. Customer will be responsible for all shipping and handling fees.
It is the customer's responsibility to retain any and all invoices for their record and warranty claims. If package is missing or stolen, please contact Autokits X LLC within 48 hours to set up a claim. This is a process that can take up to 1 month. A claim will also be made with the freight company if needed.
All second hand products are not warrantied by Autokits X LLC in any way shape or form. If customer purchases a product through another company other then autokits X LLC, they must contact that company with any claims. Autokits X LLC will only acknowledge any claims from first person purchases.

BACKORDER

All back orders items must be paid in full at the time of order. All back orders and custom orders will be processed in the most timely and efficient manner possible; however, Autokits X LLC will not be held responsible for delays above and beyond its control. ETA for product is available at time of ordering.

Any refused shipments sent back to Autokits X LLC does not constitute the right to a refund or credit. It is the customer's responsibility to make all arrangements for refused shipments. It is company policy to charge the customer all freight charges associated with the shipment and a minimum of 30% restocking fee on all products shipped.

SPECIAL ORDER

All special order products require payment in full at the time of ordering. We do not allow cancellations on any special ordered items as they are all made to order custom parts.
GROUP BUY ORDERS
Group buy orders are handled the same as special orders. We do not allow cancellations on any Group buy order; item (s) is/are made by quantity, at a discounted price. Once the payment is submitted, it will automatically be processed as a group buy payment, and absolutely no refund will be available.

Shipping & Returns
. All products are shipped out from one of the Autokits x LLC shipping locations. Autokits X LLC drop ships some products and ships direct others. All products are shipped UPS or FedEx. Special arrangements may need to be made for international orders and oversize packages. In the event a product arrives damaged to your location, please follow the steps listed below. All damaged items must be reported to the shipping carrier immediately and you must notify Autokits X LLC within 5 days of receiving your order. If these steps are not followed, your shipment may not be able to be a candidate for the insurance claim.
Take pictures of the damaged area of the product and email them to us at A&A Autokits X autokits-x@hotmail.com  
· Keep the product and its original packaging and box
· Make a list of the damaged or lost item(s)
· Autokits will contact the shipper once we receive the email info above to schedule a pickup, DO NOT send it back to us
· Once the product is picked up and inspected by shipping company, a replacement will be sent.
. The Shipping Rates shown at time of checkout our dimensional rate only. If your shipment weight is too much then contact us for a shipping quote. If there is an error in the shipping rate quoted we will contact you and let you know of the changes. . . International orders (Outside the USA) are not automatically processed as we may require additional information from you.
. If a package is returned to Autokits or manufacturer without authorization, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs and pay a 35% restocking fee & no refund given. These fees will be charged to your account on file.
. Autokits DOES NOT REFUND SHIPPING CHARGES. If you modify, install, or alter the item in any form, we cannot accept it as a return and you maybe are required to purchase a replacement.
. In the event that the product you ordered is sent either incorrectly or processed wrong by Autokits, we will arrange for the package to come back to us and ship out a replacement. We will evaluate the situation before we determine the shipment was incorrect.
. To return an item back to us, please do the following:
· Contact our Customer Service Department to receive a RMA number. All packages returned without a Returned Merchandise Authorization number will be refused.
· Package the item up in original packaging unless deemed unusable
· Include the UNUSED parts and any additional information that was included
· Include a copy of your receipt
· Write a brief description of the problem with the product
· If you have a receipt for the return shipping include as well

· We DO NOT accept any freight collect packages
once we have received the above information we will notify you via email or phone and let you know the status.
