Canceling an Order
The customer have 48hrs to cancel any order made to receive a full refund, or 35% restocking fee will be apply .
AutoKits Products never stock a product everything is made to order after payment received , that's why we charge a restocking fee when customer wants to cancel the order after 48hrs order made .
Example: you made the purchase on Jan 10th and you have until Jan 12th to cancel an order for a full refund , after the 48hrs period the 35% restocking fee will be applied .

The average time is 22-24 business days to have a product ready to ship (doesn't count weekends or holidays) .
Can be faster depending the season and availability.
Our return policy is valid for 15 Days ( 35% restocking fee will be apply) . Unfortunately we can’t offer you a return or exchange after this period. To be eligible for a return, The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as broken items , partial damage or installed products .
Customer is responsible for any shipping returns and 35% restocking fee will be apply (doesn't count shipping cost ) after we received the item in our facilities and inspect the product, we will issue the refund.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

We only replace defective products cause by manufacturer .

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
